| dc.description.abstract | 1990’lı yıllardan başlayarak, Soğuk Savaş’ın bitimi, dünya siyasi sisteminin değişmesiyle Balkanlar coğrafyasıuluslararası düzende önem kazanmıştır. Bu nedenle büyük güçler bu coğrafyada siyasi ve ekonomik mücadeleye başlamıştır. Çalışmanın amacı büyük güçler olan Rusya Federasyonu, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Avrupa Birliğinin’nin Balkanlardaki politikalarını öğrenmek, onların hangi alanlarda mücadele içinde olduklarını, çağdaş dönemde bu devletlerden hangisinin önde olduğunu araştırmaktır. Tezin birinci bölümünde konuyla ilgili teorik yaklaşımlara yer verilmiştir. Realizm ve neorealizm, dış politikada kullanılan sert, yumuşak ve akıllı güç kavramları incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde Balkanlar bölgesinin tarih ve coğrafyasına kısaca değinilmiş ve bu kapsamda genel bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Rusya Federasyonu, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Avrupa Birliği’nin Balkanlara yönelik politikaları incelenmiş, devletlerin Balkan politikası süreçleri öğrenilmiştir. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümündeyse Soğuk Savaş sonrasında Balkanlarda oluşan krizlere yönelik büyük güçlerin politikaları incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the beginning of the 1990’s, with the end of the Cold War and the change of the world political system, the Balkans gained importance in the international order. Great powers started political and economic struggle in this territory. The aim of the study is to learn the policies of Russia Federation, People’s Republic of China, United States America and European Union, which are the great powers in the Balkans, to investigate in which areas they are struggling and which of these states are ahead in the çağdaş period. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical approaches are noted. Realism and Neorealism, Hard, Soft and Smart Power concepts used in foreign policy are examined. In the second part, the history and geography of the Balkan region is briefly mentioned and general information is touched in this context. In the third part, the policies of Russia Federation, People’s Republic ofChina,United States America and European Union towards the Balkans were emphasized and the Balkan policy processes of the states were learned. In the fourth part of the study, the policies of the great powers towards the crises in the Balkans after the Cold War were examined. | en_US |
