Özet
Avrupa Birliği?nin giderek artan enerji ihtiyacı, yeni kaynaklar bulmasını gerekli kılmıştır. Burada AB için sadece alınacak enerji miktarı önemli olmayıp, enerjinin sürekliliği ve çeşitliliği de ön plandadır.AB için enerjiye ulaşmak için en kısa ve en az maliyetli yol Karadeniz Havzası?ndaki boru hatlarına ulaşmaktır. Romanya?nın ve Bulgaristan?ın AB?ye üye olması ile birlikte AB Karadeniz?e ulaşmıştır. Dolayısıyla bir anlamda Karadeniz Havzası ile ilgili kararlarda söz sahibi olmuştur. AB bölgedeki enerji boru hatlarına ulaşmak için çeşitli politikalar geliştirmiştir. Bu politikalardan en önemlisi “Karadeniz Sinerjisi”dir. Bu politika kapsamında Bulgaristan?a enerji konusunda görevler verilmiştir. Bu durumda Bulgaristan?ın Avrupa Birliği?nin Karadeniz Havzası politikalarında önemli bir yeri olduğu söylenebilir.
Increasing need of energy of European Union has made it compulsory to find new resources. In this point, not only the amount of energy to take is important but also maintenance and diversity of it are at the forefront. The most cost-effective and fastest wat for EU to reach energy is to get pipelines at Blacksea Basin. After Romania and Bulgaria had become the members of EU, they reached Blacksea. Therefore, in a sense, they have had the right to have a voice. EU have developed various policies to reach pipelines in the region. The most important one of these is “Blacksea Sinergy”. Within the scope of this policy, Bulgaria was given tasks related to energy. In this sense, it can be said that Bulgaria has an important place in Blacksea Basin policies of European Union.
