| dc.description.abstract | Geleneksel sporlarımızdan olan kuşak güreşi sporcu ve yöneticilerinin boş zaman motivasyon ve tatminlerinin farklı değişkenlerle kıyaslayarak aralarındaki ilişkilerin incelemesi amaçlandı. Araştırma evrenini geleneksel sporlar, örneklemini ise Geleneksel Sporlar Federasyonu Kuşak Güreşi Gençler kategorisinde yarışan sporcular ve bu kategoride görev yapan yöneticiler oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Veriler anket yoluyla sağlanmıştır. İlk bölümde kişilerin demografik özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde 2008 yılında Mutlu tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Boş Zaman ve Motivasyon Ölçeği”, üçüncü bölümde ise Karlı tarafından 2008 yılında Türkçeye uyarlanan “Serbest Zaman Tatmin Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada anket yolu ile sağlanan veriler SPSS paket programı ile analiz elde edilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Katılımcıların anket formundaki ifadeler karşısındaki tutumları, her bir soru için frekans dağılımı ve yüzde oranları dağılımı ile incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar yorumlanırken anlamlılık düzeyi olarak 0,05 kullanılmış olup; p<0,05 olması durumunda anlamlı bir ilişkinin (farklılığın) olduğu, p>0,05 olması durumunda ise anlamlı bir ilişkinin (farklılığın) olmadığı belirtilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışmada Serbest Zaman Tatmin Toplam puanları ile “Boş Zaman Motivasyon Toplam” puanları arasında pozitif yönlü, orta düzey ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0,459 ; p<0,01). Çalışma sonucunda araştırmaya dâhil olan katılımcıların Serbest Zaman Tatmin Toplam puanları ile alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönlü, yüksek ve istatiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkiler saptanmıştır. Serbest Zaman Tatmin Toplam puanları ve alt boyutları ile “Motivasyonsuzluk” puanları arasında pozitif yönlü, zayıf ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0,211 ; p<0,05). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to compare the leisure time motivation and satisfaction of different generations of sports wrestling athletes and managers. The research population is composed of traditional sports, and the sample is composed of the athletes competing in the category of traditional sports federation and the managers of this category. In the study, data collection tool was used as a three-part questionnaire. The first part focuses on the demographic characteristics of individuals. In the second part, Leisure and Motivation Scale “which was adapted to Turkish by Mutlu in 2008 and in the third part “Free Time Satisfaction Scale “which was adapted to Turkish by Karli in 2008 was used. The data obtained through the questionnaire were analyzed and evaluated by SPSS package program. Participants' responses in the questionnaire were examined with frequency distribution and percentage ratios for each question. When interpreting the results, 0.05 was used as the level of significance; It was stated that there was a meaningful relationship (p <0.05) in the case of p <0.05 and no significant relationship (p> 0.05). In this study, there was a positive, medium level and statistically significant relationship between Free Time Satisfaction Total scores and bir Leisure Time Motivation Total (r = 0.459 p <0.01). As a result of the study, a positive and high and statistically significant relationship was found between the total scores of the participants and their sub-dimensions. Leisure Satisfaction with total score and subscales "Motivasyonsuzluk" positive points between weak and statistically significant relationship was found. (r = 0.211 p <0.05) | en_US |
