Ernest Bloch'un yazdığı 'Suite Hebraique' eserinin form ve icra teknikleri açısından incelenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Ernest Bloch'un yazdığı "Suite Hebraique" adlı eserini form ve icra teknikleri açısından inceleyerek yorumcu, eğitimci ve araştırmacılara eser ve bestecisi hakkında bilgiler sunmaktır. Bu kapsamda nitel bir çalışma olarak tasarlanan bu araştırmada ilk önce bestecinin yaşamı ve stili ile ilgili Türkçe ve İngilizce literatür taramasından elde edilen bilgiler betimsel analiz yapılarak derlenmiştir. Ardından eserin piyano eşlikli ve orkestralı versiyonlarının notalarına doküman analizi yöntemi ile müzikal analizler yapılmıştır. Eser ilk olarak form özellikleri bakımından analiz edilmiş, ardından da viyola çalım teknikleri bakımından incelenmiştir. Form analizi sonucunda eserin cümlesel yapısının modal müzik eksenli asimetrik ölçü yapısında olduğu görülmüştür. Daha büyük formal düzende ise her ne kadar bağımsız form olarak düşünülse de birinci bölümün sonat allegrosu formunda, ikinci ve üçüncü bölümün ise basit üç bölmeli lied formunda tasarlandığı görülmüştür. Form analizinde bir icracı için eserin yorumlanmasında dikkat edilecek unsurlara yönelik tavsiyelerde bulunulmuştur. İcra analizinde ise eserde legato, staccato, detache ve çok sesli basış tekniklerinin olduğu görülmüş ve bu tekniklere yönelik etüt önerileri sunulmuştur.
The aim of this research is to examine Ernest Bloch's "Suite Hebraique", in terms of form and performance techniques, and to provide information about the work and its composer to the interpreters, educators and researchers. In this study, which was designed as a qualitative study in this context, firstly, the information obtained from the Turkish and English literature reviews about the composer's life and style was compiled by descriptive analysis. Then, musical analyzes were carried out on the notes of the piano-accompanied and orchestrated versions of the work with the method of document analysis. The piece was first analyzed in terms of its form features and then examined in terms of viola playing techniques. As a result of the form analysis, it was seen that the sentence structure of the work was modal music and it has an asymmetric measure structure. In the larger formal order, although it is considered as an independent form, it was seen that the first part was designed in sonata allegro form, and the second and third parts were designed in ternary form. As a result of the form analysis, recommendations were made for the elements to be considered in the interpretation of the work for a performer. In the playing techniques analysis, it was seen that legato, staccato, detache and polyphonic press techniques were present in the work, and etudes suggestions for these techniques were presented.
