| dc.description.abstract | Toplumsallaşmanın ilk önemli sonuçlarından biri de insanın, toplumsal varlıkolması ile birlikte toplumsal bilincinin oluşumudur. Bireyin toplumsal üretim ilişkileri içinde emek etkinliklerinin sonuçlarından biri olan yüksek bilinç düzeyi, her türlü yabancılaşmalarını aşarak oluşturduğu toplumsal üst yapı kurumlarının da başlangıcı olmuştur. Bütün toplumsal sistemlerde görülen benzer toplumsal oluşumlar, kamu yönetişimi ile toplumsal bilimlerin araştırma alanlarından biri olmaya adaydır. Canlıların tarihsel süreci içinde insanın evrimi ile toplumsal varlık olmanın bilincine erişen birey, kendinin bilincinde ve kendi yararına olarak toplumsal bilinç biçimlerini de geliştirmiştir. Türkiye özgül koşullarında ise toplumsal bilinç biçimlerini ayrıntılarıyla anlatan ve topluma yeterince açıklayan özgün bir çalışma olmadığı saptanmıştır.Somut koşulların analizinde bulgulanan ve nesnel gerçekliğin yansımalarından biri olarak algılanmış olan bu durum, bilimsel bir araştırmanın tanıtları ile toplumsal bilince yansıtılmak istenmiştir. Ulusal ya da uluslararası çapta, buna benzeraraştırmalara; geçmiş yıllardan günümüze değin neden gerek duyulmadığı, bu gözleme bağlı ve anlamlı bir sorudur. Araştırma sorusuna yanıt arama çalışmaları ise bu konu ile ilgili bilimsel tartışmalara stratejik/yöneylemsel açıdan nitelik getirecektir. Tez çalışmasının, bu konuda toplumsal bilinci uyaran sinerjisi/görevdeşliği ile toplumların gelişim yasalarını araştıran ve inceleyen Toplumsal Bilimler içinde; “Toplumsal Bilinç Biçimleri” adı altında yeni bir çalışma alanı daha açılma olasılığı, bu çalışmanın bilimsel bir öngörüsüdür. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstract | One of the most important consequences of human socialization is the formation of social consciousness. Resulting from individual’s involvement in various relations of production, increased level of consciousness has set a starting point for the formation of social superstructure institutions by surpassing all kinds of alienation. All social systems, to an extent, contain similar social institutions that tend to become one of the most promising research areas of public governance and social sciences.The individual who has gained an awareness of being a social entity in the process of evolution that took place along the history of human, has consciously developed various forms of social consciousness for their own benefit. It has been observed, however, that, there is a lack of authentic and explanatory studies exploring suchspecific forms of social consciousness in Turkey. Therefore, this study arose out of aneed for a response to this lack which was determined as a result of the analysis of real life conditions and perceived as a reflection of objective reality. Why such explorations have not been undertaken in the previous years both nationally and internationally is a question that should be taken into consideration. The attempts foranswering the research question of this study will add up a strategic quality to scientific controversy going on in the field. It is also among the presumptions of the current thesis study that, a new research area investigating, "forms of social consciousness" could be opened in the field of Social Sciences which is concerned with investigating the societies’ laws of development. | en_US |
