dc.description.abstractPrimer pulmoner hipertansiyon, oldukça nadir görülen bir tablodur. Klinik muayene ile şüphe edilir ancak, teşhisi ayrıntılı kalp ve akciğer incelemesinden ve pulmoner hipertansiyonun sekonder formlarının ekarte edilmesinden sonra kesinleşir. Prognoz, bireyden bireye değişmekle birlikte genelde kötüdür. Bu yazıda, kliniğimize senkop ile başvuran ve primer pulmoner hipertansiyon tanısı konan olgu nedeniyle konunun irdelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.en_US
