Heart failure is a rapidly growing public health problem with a prevalence of approximately 64.3 million cases worldwide. It manifests as shortness of breath, fatigue, low exercise capacity, and water retention, all of which affect patients' quality of life. It is a burden on the healthcare system and increases morbidity, mortality and hospitalizations. For this reason, it is important that patients adhere to recommended treatment and are able to manage the disease. © 2023 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc. All rights reserved.en_US
