Özet
Birleşmiş Milletler üyesi ülkelerin liderleri tarafından 2030 yılına kadar büyük oranda gerçekleştirmek üzere "Sürdürülebilir Küresel Kalkınma Amaçları" belirlendi. Bu amaçlardan dördüncüsü "Nitelikli Eğitim" amacıdır. Nitelikli Eğitim amacının hedeflerinden biri istihdamın arttırılması ve girişimciliğe yönelik mesleki ve teknik becerilere sahip olan gençlerin önemli ölçüde arttırılmasıdır. İşsizlik sorununu azaltıp istihdamı arttırmanın çözüm yollarından biri girişimciliği desteklemek ve girişimcileri arttırmaktır. Bu sebeple bu iki madde aynı hedef içinde yer almaktadır. Girişimcilik becerilerinin gelişiminde ailenin, demografik özelliklerin ve özellikle eğitimin etkisi mevcuttur. Bu sebeple girişimcilik becerileri gelişmiş gençler yetiştirmek için eğitim modellerini de bu doğrultuda düzenlemek gereklidir. Bu çalışmada da, ortaöğretim düzeyinde girişimcilik derslerinin yeniden ve zorunlu ders olarak tasarlanıp girişimcilik yetenekleri ve bilgisi gelişmiş gençler yetişmesine katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması metodolojisine göre gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada, girişimcilik ve kariyer eğitimi derslerini başarıyla uygulayan ülkelerin eğitim sistemleri ve öğretim programları incelenmiştir. İncelemeler sonucunda Türkiye'de uygulanabilir bir model önerisi sunulmuştur.
The "Sustainable Global Development Goals" have been set by the leaders of the United Nations member states, to be largely achieved by 2030. The fourth of these goals is the "Qualified Education" goal. One of the goals of Qualified Education is to increase employment and significantly increase young people with entrepreneurship-oriented vocational and technical skills. One of the solutions to reduce unemployment and increase employment is to support entrepreneurship and increase entrepreneurs. For this reason, these two items are included in the same target. Family, demographic characteristics and especially education have effects on the development of entrepreneurship skills. For this reason, it is necessary to organize education models in this direction in order to raise young people with advanced entrepreneurship skills. In this study, it is aimed to redesign entrepreneurship courses at secondary education level as a compulsory course and to contribute to the training of young people with advanced entrepreneurship knowledge and skills. In this study, which was carried out according to the case study methodology, one of the qualitative research methods, the education systems and curricula of the countries that successfully implement entrepreneurship and career education courses were examined. The research results were presented a model applicable in Turkey.
