Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı Tekirdağ’da görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel dışlanma düzeyini ölçmektir. Bu araştırma tarama modelinde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Tekirdağ’da görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Oransız eleman örnekleme ile 600 öğretmene ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada örgütsel dışlanmanın cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, kurumdaki konum, eğitim durumu ve kurumdaki çalışma yılına göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı çalışmanın alt problemlerini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada verileri elde etmek için Örgütsel Dışlanma ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Tekirdağ’da görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel dışlanma düzeylerinin düşük olduğu bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel dışlanma düzeyine bakıldığında medeni durum haricindeki diğer özellikler açısından herhangi bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Katılımcıların cinsiyetine, yaşına, eğitim durumuna, kurumdaki konumuna ve kurumdaki çalışma süresine göre örgütsel dışlanma düzeyi farklılaşmamaktadır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda sadece medeni duruma göre örgütsel dışlanma düzeyi farklılaşmaktadır. Bu farklılaşmada ise evli olmayan katılımcıların evli katılımcılara göre örgütsel dışlanma düzeyinin daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür.
The aim of this study is to measure the level of organizational ostracism of teachers working in Tekirdag. This research was designed in the scanning model. The universe of the research is composed of teachers working in Tekirdag in academic year of 2017-2018. 600 teachers have been reached with non-responsive element sampling. In the study, subordinate problems of studying whether or not organizational ostracism differed according to gender, marital status, age, institutional position, education status and working duration of the institution. The organizational ostracism scale was used to obtain data in the study. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS program. As a result of the research, it was found that the levels of organizational ostracism of teachers working in Tekirdag in the academic year of 2017-2018 were found to be low. When the level of organizational ostracism of teachers was examined, there was no difference in terms of other characteristics besides marital status. The levels of organizational ostracism do not vary according to the gender, age, education status, position of the institution and duration of work in the institution. The level of organizational ostracism varies according to marital status as a result of the work done. In this differentiation, it is seen that the level of organizational ostracism of single participants is higher than married participants.
