Radiation recall dermatitis (RRD) refers to a tissue reaction produced by a chemotherapeutic agent in a previously irradiated field. Most of RRD reported in literature concerned taxans. We report a case of RRD occurring in a metastatic breast cancer patient receiving paclitaxel shortly after completion of radiation therapy to bone metastases.en_US
