Prematüre bebeği olan annelere verilen eğitimin bebeğin büyüme gelişmesine ve annelerin kaygı düzeylerine etkisi

Özet
Bu çalıs?ma prematu?re bebeg?i olan annelere verilen eg?itimin bebeg?in bu?yu?me gelis?mesine ve annelerin kaygı du?zeylerine etkisini belirlemek amacı ile deneysel (deneykontrol) randomize kontrollu? bir aras?tırma olarak gerçekles?tirildi. Aras?tırmanın verileri "Kis?isel Bilgi Formu", "Prematu?re Bebek İzlem Formu", Ankara Gelis?im Tarama Envanteri (AGTE)," "Durumluk-Su?rekli Kaygı Ölçeg?i", "Prematu?re Bebeg?in Evde Bakım Kitapçıg?ı" kullanarak toplandı. Verilerin analizinde, IBM SPSS 23 program kullanılarak tanımlayıcı özelliklerin deg?erlendirilmesinde yu?zde, standart sapma, ortalama; medyan 25. ve 75. çeyrek deg?erleri kullanıldı. Friedman Testi, Wilcoxon Signed?Rank Testi ve Spearman korelasyon analizi testleri kullanılarak kars?ılas?tırmalar yapıldı. p<0,05 anlamlılık deg?eri olarak kabul edildi. Taburculuk öncesi annelere verilen eg?itim, bebeklerin 1. ve 6. aydaki du?zeltilmis? antropometrik ölçu?mlerini etkilemedig?i belirlendi (p<0,05). Taburculuk eg?itimi alan annelerin bebeklerinin altı aydaki 'İnce Motor Gelis?imi' (p=0,030), 'Kaba Motor Gelis?imi' (p=0,009), 'Sosyal Beceri-Özbakım' (p=0,018), "Genel Gelis?im" (p<0,001) ve AGTE "Toplam Puan" (p<0,001) puan ortalamalarının daha yu?ksek oldug?u belirlendi. Verilen taburculuk eg?itiminin bebeklerin 'Dil-Bilis?sel Gelis?im' puan ortalamalarını etkilemedig?i bulundu. Deney grubundaki annelerin altıncı aydaki 'Durumluk Kaygı Ölçeg?i' puan ortalamaları (28,68±2,87), kontrol grubundaki (31,56±4,35) annelerden anlamlı olarak daha du?s?u?k bulundu. Annelerin kaygı du?zeyleri arttıkça bebeklerin 'Dil-Bilis?sel Gelis?im', 'Sosyal BeceriÖzbakım' ve 'İnce Motor Gelis?im' puanlarının azaldıg?ı belirlendi. 65 Preterm bebeg?e sahip olan annelerin durumluk ve su?rekli kaygı du?zeylerinin azaltılması ve bebeklerin bu?yu?me ve gelis?mesini sag?lamak amacıyla yenidog?an hems?irelerinin taburculuk eg?itimi vermeleri önerilmektedir. This study was carried out as an experimental (experimental-control) randomized controlled study in order to determine the effect of tranining which is given to mothers with premature babies on the growth and development of the baby and the mothers' anxiety levels The data were collected using the "Personal Information Form", "Premature Baby Follow-up Form", Ankara Developmental Screening Inventory (AGTE), "State-Trait Anxiety Scale", "Premature Baby's Home Care Booklet". Data analysis was performed by the IBM SPSS 23 program and percentage, standard deviation, mean; median 25th and 75th quartile values were used for analysis of the descriptive features. Comparisons were made using the Friedman Test, Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and Spearman correlation analysis tests. p<0.05 was accepted as the significance value. It was determined that the training did not affect the corrected anthropometric measurements of the babies at the 1st and 6th months (p<0.05). It was found that babies whose mothers received discharge training had higher scores of the 'Fine Motor Development' (p=0.030), 'Gross Motor Development' (p=0.009), 'Social Skills-Self-Care' (p=0.018), 'General Development' (p<0.001) and AGTE "Total Score" (p<0.001) at six months. It was found that the discharge training was not affect the "Language-Cognitive Development" mean scores of the infants. Mothers who received training had lower "State Anxiety Inventory" 67 mean score at the sixth month (28.68±2.87) than the mothers who are in the control group (31.56±4.35). It was determined that as the mothers' anxiety levels increased, babies' average scores of the "Language-Cognitive Development", "Social Skills-Self-Care" and "Fine Motor Development" were decreased. It is recommended that newborn nurses provide discharge training in order to reduce the state and trait anxiety levels of mothers with preterm babies and to provide the growth and development of babies.
