| dc.description.abstract | Mesleki eğitim son yıllarda hızla önem kazanmaktadır. Sanayi ötesi toplumlarda vasıf kazanmak, iş piyasasında emek arz etmek için ön koşullar arasındadır. Vasıf kazandırıcı mesleki eğitim faaliyetlerinde ise önlisans düzeyinde yükseköğretim, piyasaya dönük uygulayıcı pozisyonları için kritik öneme sahiptir. Yükseköğretim sisteminin, kamu otoritesi tarafından ülkenin şartlarına göre ihtiyaçlara cevap verecek yeterliliğe kavuşturulması gerekir. Şayet piyasadaki arz ve talep dengesi gözetilmeksizin planlama yapılırsa, yoğun işsizlik sorunlarıyla karşılaşılabilir. İşsizlik riskinin yüksek olduğu branşlarda gerçekleştirilen eğitime dahil olan öğrencilerde de mesleki beklenti düzeyleri genel olarak düşmektedir. Bu çalışmada da üç önlisans ana branşını oluşturan sosyal bilimler, teknik bilimler ve sağlık hizmetleri meslek yüksekokullarında öğrenim gören öğrenciler arasında mesleki beklenti düzeylerinde, sınıflarına ve meslek yüksekokullarına göre ayrışmanın varlığı sınanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, genel olarak ikinci sınıf öğrencilerinin birinci sınıf öğrencilerine göre mesleki beklentilerinde daha kötümser olduklarını desteklemektedir. Özellikle istihdam imkanlarının diğer alanlara göre daha fazla olduğu sağlık hizmetleri alanında bu kötümserliğin daha da artması ise dikkat çekmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Vocational education is gaining importance rapidly in recent years. Gaining skills in transnational societies is a prerequisite for supplying labor in the labor market. In qualifying vocational education activities, higher education at the level of associate degree is critical for market oriented practitioner positions. The higher education system needs to be developed by the public authority to meet the needs of the country. If the planning is made without considering the supply and demand balance in the market, there may be severe unemployment problems. The level of professional expectation is generally reduced in the students who are included in the education in the branches where the risk of unemployment is high. In this study, the existence of segregation according to the classes and vocational schools of higher education among the students studying in the social sciences, technical sciences and health services vocational colleges which constitute the three main branches of education. The findings in general support that second grade students are more pessimistic in their professional expectations than first year students. It is noteworthy that this pessimism is further increased in the field of health services, where employment opportunities are more common than other areas. | en_US |
