Özet
Dünya Sağlık Örgütü'ne göre yaşam kalitesi, bireylerin yaşadıkları kültür ve değerler sistemi içerisinde amaçları, beklentileri, ilgi alanları ve yaşam standartları doğrultusunda hayattaki pozisyonları nasıl algıladıklarıdır. Hemşireler yoğun çalışma temposu ve bununla beraber yürütmek zorunda oldukları sağlıklarını koruma, arkadaşlık, aile ilişkileri ve benzeri konularda fiziksel, ruhsal ve sosyal olarak yük altına girmektedir. Çalışma Trakya Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde çalışan hemşirelerin yaşam kalitesini ve sağlığını ve bunları etkileyen faktörleri saptamak amacı ile yapıldı. Çalışan 350 hemşireden 236'sına ulaşıldı. Çalışma tanımlayıcı, kesitsel ve çözümleyici bir araştırmadır. Yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile iki bölümden oluşan bir anket uygulandı. Anketin ilk bölümü 15 soruluk sosyo-demografik özellikleri içeren sorulardan, ikinci bölümü ise DSÖ tarafından hazırlanan 27 sorudan oluşan WHOQOL-BREF ölçeğinden oluşmaktadır. Yapılan araştırmada hemşirelerin %22.4'ü yaşam kalitesini iyi olarak değerlendirirken, %40.7'si sağlığından hoşnuttur. Hemşirelerin %67.7'sinin çalışma süresi 10 yıldan azdır. Hemşirelerin %40.7'sinin sağlık güvencesi SSK, % 59.3'ünün ise ES'dır. Sağlık güvencesi SSK olan hemşirelerin %4.6'sı, ES olan hemşirelerin ise %27.1'i sağlık hizmetlerine ulaşma koşularından hoşnuttur. Hemşirelerin %50.4'ü evlidir. %39.4'ünün eğitim düzeyi lisans ve üstüdür. Hemşirelerin %70.8'i nöbet tutuyor. Nöbet tutan hemşirelerin %13.15'i yaşam kalitesini iyi olarak değerlendirmiştir. Yaş 19-29 ve 30 yaş ve üzeri olarak sınıflandırılarak yaşam kalitesi değerlendirildiğinde yaş grupları arasında fark saptanmıştır. Yaşam kalitesi medeni duruma göre incelendiğinde ise evli olan hemşireler ile evli olmayan hemşireler arasında istatistiksel olarak fark görülmüştür. Sağlık güvencesi SSK olan hemşireler ile EMS olan hemşirelerin sağlık hizmetlerine ulaşmadaki hoşnutluk durumu arasında da fark olduğu saptanmıştır. Hemşire olarak toplam çalışma yılı ile yaşam kalitesi değerlendirildiğinde anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak; hemşirelerin yaşam kalitelerinin arttırılmasının hem günlük yaşamlarında hem de iş ortamında olumlu bir adım olacağı düşünülmüş ve bu bağlamda özellikle iş ortamında yapılacak olan düzeltmelerin bu sorunları giderebileceği düşünülmüştür. Life quality according to World Health Organisation is how the individuals that live in the own culture and worths system perceive position of life in direction of living standarts, hobbies, expectations and aims. Nurses are forced physically, socially and psychologically because of hard working situation, saving health, friendship and family interaction and like other subjects. The aim of this study to detect living standart and health status of nurses that working in Trakya University Hospital and also to detect what factors effect these. 236 ones of 350 working nurses were reached. This study is definitive, cross-sectional and analytic. A questionnaire that consist of two parts was applied with face to face technique. First part of questionnaire has 15 questions that related to socio-demographic features. Second part of questionnaire was formed WHOQOL-BREF scale that contained 27 questions created by WHO. In this study, 40.7 % of nurses were pleasure for health while 22.4 % of them to evaluate their life quality were good. Total working time of 67.7 % of nurses were lower than 10 years. 40.7 % of nurses health insuarence were Social Security Instution, 59.3 % of them were Pension Fund. 4.6 % of nurses that had Social Security Instution and 27.1 % of nurses that had Pension Fund were pleasure as to reach health service. 50.4 % of nurses were married. 39.4 % nurses education level were licience and high. 70.8 % of nurses took duty. 13.15 % of nurses that had duty to evaluate their quality of life were good. The differrence was detected for evaluating the quality of life of age group when they grouped as 19-29 years old and 30 and more. The difference between married nurses and single was found for evaluating their life quality as marital status. In addition, there was difference between nurses with Social Security Instution and nurses with Pension Fund for evaluating about satisfaction to reach health servise. There was significantly a difference for evaluating life quality and total working years of nurses. In conclusion, it was considered that increasing the life quality of nurses could create a positive step both their daily life and working field.
