Özet
Yapılan çalışmada Türk Millî Kültür Unsurları, Dil, Din, Örf, Adet ve Gelenekler, Toplumsal Yapı, Sanat ve Edebiyat ile Düşünce ve Ahlak maddeleriyle sınırlandırılarak ve Tanzimat Dönemini temel alınarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tanzimat öncesi dönemin ele alındığı birinci bölümde tezimizde ele aldığımız kültür unsurlarının temel özellikleri ve aslî unsurları ana hatlarıyla ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Tanzimat sonrası dönemin ele alındığı ikinci bölümde ise, Tanzimat dönemi ile artan yozlaşmanın adı geçen kültür unsurları üzerindeki etkileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Böylece birinci bölümde aslî özellikleriyle incelenen kültür unsurlarının Tanzimat dönemi sonrasında artarak devam eden yozlaşması daha açık bir şekilde ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. In this study, Turkish National Cultural Elements were tried to be analysed by circumscribing as Language, Religion, Customs and Conventions Social Structure, Art and Literature, Conception and Ethics items, and by taking Administrative Reforms Period as bases. In the first part where Pre Administrative Reforms Period was discussed, basic features and actual elements of the cultural elements which were handled in the thesis were tried to be introduced with main lines. In the second part where Post Administrative Reforms Period was discussed, the effects of the Administrative Reforms Period degeneracy on cultural elements mentioned were tried to be discussed. Consequently, the degeneracy, which went increasingly after Administrative Reforms Period of the cultural elements which were discussed with the main lines in the first part was tried to be displayed explicitly.
