| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı folklorun bir türü olan destanların değer aktarmadaki rolüne dikkat çekmektir. Folklorun işlevleri bakımından ele alındığında, Türk destan metinlerinin içerik ve icralarının değer aktarımı bakımından önemli bir işlevi yerine getirmekte olduğu söylenebilir. Türk dünyasının çeşitli bölgelerinden derlenerek Türkiye Türkçesine aktarılan destan metinlerinin Shalom H. Schwartz’ın değer sınıflamasına göre incelenip metinlerde geçen değerlerin tespit edilerek analiz edilmesi ve sınıflandırılması, destanların bu işlevi yerine getirip getirmediğini sınamak açısından somut veriler elde etmemize imkân sağlayacağı düşünülmüştür. Tez çalışması “Giriş”, “Kavramsal Çerçeve”, “İncelenen Destan Metinlerinde Tespit Edilen Değerlerin Schwartz'ın Değer Sınıflamasına Göre Analizi” ve “Sonuç, Tartışma ve Öneriler” bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Nitel bir araştırma olan çalışmada verilerin toplanması işleminde Doküman İncelemesi yöntemi kullanılmış, Türk dünyasının farklı sahalarından seçilen destan metinleri Shalom H. Schwartz’ın değer sınıflamasında yer verilen değer ve alt değerlere göre incelenmiş ve elde edilen nitel veriler İçerik Analizi Yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda Türk Dünyası destancılık geleneğine ait metinlerin değerler bakımından zengin kaynaklar olduğu; değer önceliklerin sahalara ve destanlara göre düşük seviyede farklılıklar gösterse de incelenen destan metinlerinin tamamına bakıldığında elde edilen bulguların, değerlerin aktarıldığı toplumsal yapının ihtiyaç duyduğu değer öncelikleriyle ve Schwartz’ın ortaya koyduğu kuramsal yapıyla uyumlu olup olmadığı ortaya konmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to draw attention to the role of epics, which is a genre of folklore, in transferring value. When considered in terms of the functions of folklore, it can be said that the content and performances of Turkish epic texts fulfill an important function in terms of value transfer. It is thought that examining the epic texts compiled from various regions of the Turkish world and transferred to Turkey Turkish then analyzing according to Shalom H. Schwartz's value classification and determining and classifying the values in the texts will allow us to obtain concrete data in order to test whether the epics fulfill this function. The thesis consists of “Introduction”, “Conceptual Framework”, “Analysis of Values Detected in Epic Texts According to Schwartz's Value Classification” and “Conclusion, Discussion and Suggestions”. In the study, which is qualitative research, the Document Analysis method was used in the collection of data, epic texts selected from different areas of the Turkish world were examined according to the values and sub-values which included in the value classification of Shalom H. Schwartz, after that the obtained qualitative data were analyzed with the Content Analysis Method. As a result of the research, it was determined that the texts belonging to the epic tradition of the Turkish World are rich sources in terms of values; Although the value priorities differ slightly according to the fields and epics, when all the epic texts are examined, it has been revealed that the findings are compatible with the value priorities required by the social structure in which the values are transferred and also the theoretical structure put forward by Schwartz. | en_US |
