Özet
Dil; bir toplumu millet yapan ve onları bir arada tutan, onları diğer milletlerden ayıran en önemli değerdir. Milletler; dilleri sayesinde varlığını sürdürür, geçmişini öğrenir, bugününü tanır, geleceğini düşünür. Bir milletin dili yoksa o millet yok olmuş demektir. Dil, bir milletin dünya görüşünü, gelenek göreneklerini yansıtan kültürün en önemli ögesidir. Bir dili oluşturan sözcüklerin bütünü yani; deyimler, atasözleri, kalıp ve kalıplaşmış sözler, terimler ve çeşitli anlatım kalıpları o dilin söz varlığı meydana getirir. Nogaylar tarihte birçok zorlukla karşılaşmış olmalarına rağmen dillerini, tarihlerini, gelenek-göreneklerini kısaca kültürlerini koruyup günümüze kadar yaşatmaya sağlamış Türk milletlerindendir. Günümüzde en çok Kuzey Kafkasya’da olmak üzere Karadeniz çevresindeki ülkelerde yaşamları sürdüren Nogayların konuştukları lehçe, Türkçenin Kıpçak koluna bağlı Aral-Hazal grubu Türk lehçelerinden biridir. Kıpçak grubuna bağlı olan bu lehçe; "tawlı grubu"nda yer almaktadır. Nogay Türkçesinin söz varlığı ve yapısı; Nogay Türklerinin yaşadığı ve etkileşimde bulundukları yerlerden etkilenmiştir. Türkiye Nogayları Türkiye Türkçesinin etkisindedirler. Türkiye'ye 19. yüzyılın sonlarında ve 20. yüzyılın başında yoğunlaşan göçlerle gelen Nogay Türklerinden birçok kuşağın hayatını Anadolu'da geçirmiş olması ile Rusça geride kalmış, yeni nesiller Türkiye Türkçesini ana dili olarak öğrenmişlerdir. Bu Nogaylar artık Türkçe konuşmakla birlikte, özellikle yaşlı kuşakların bir araya geldiklerinde Nogay Türkçesi konuştukları gözlemlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de ilk defa Nogay Türkçesiyle yazılan roman özelliğine sahip kendi de bir Nogay Türk’ü olan Necdet Özen’in “Akşa Nenem” romanını Türkiye Türkçesine aktardık. Böylece Türkiye’de yaşayan Nogayların tarihini, gelenek-göreneklerini, geçmişini, kısaca kültürünü tanıtmaya ve yaşatmaya çalıştık. Romanın sözlük ve söz varlığı incelemesini yaparak da Nogay Türkçesinin zenginliğini ortaya koymaya amaçladık.
Language is the most important value that makes a society a nation, keeps them together and distinguishes them from other nations. Nations survive thanks to their language, learn about their past, recognize their present and think about their future. If a nation has no language, it means that the nation has disappeared. Language is the most important element of culture that reflects a nation's worldview, traditions and customs. The whole of the words that make up a language, i.e. idioms, proverbs, phrases and stereotypes, terms and various expression patterns constitute the vocabulary of that language. Although the Nogais have faced many difficulties in history, they are one of the Turkish nations that have preserved their language, history, traditions and customs, in short, their culture and kept it alive until today. Today, the dialect spoken by the Nogais, who live mostly in the North Caucasus and in the countries around the Black Sea, is one of the Turkish dialects of the Aral-Kazal group of the Kipchak branch of Turkish. This dialect, which belongs to the Kipchak group, is in the "tawli group". The vocabulary and structure of Nogay Turkish are influenced by the places where Nogay Turks live and interact. The Nogai of Turkiye is under the influence of Turkiye Turkish. Since many generations of Nogai Turks who came to Turkiye in the late 19th and early 20th centuries have spent their lives in Anatolia, Russian has been left behind and new generations have learned Turkish as their mother tongue. Although these Nogai now speak Turkish, it is observed that especially the older generations speak Nogai Turkish when they come together. In this study, we tried to introduce and keep alive the history, traditions, customs, past, and briefly the culture of the Nogais living in Turkiye by transferring the novel "Akşa Nenem" by Necdet Özen, who is a Nogay Turk himself, which is the first novel written in Nogay Turkish for the first time in Turkiye, into Turkiye Turkish. We also aimed to reveal the richness of Nogay Turkish by making a dictionary study and vocabulary analysis of the novel.
