dc.description.abstractIn changing enviromental conditions, globalization and increasing competition, businesses sustainable actions depend on various factors. An effectively operating Performance Measurement System is one of them. In this context, wide variety of performance measurement methods being used. However the most effective performance measurement systems mostly used in context of managerial accounting are Activity Based Costing (ABC), Balanced Scorecard, and Economic Value Added (EVA). ABC and Balanace Scorecard methods provide the information that needed by the managers for desicion making of creating value. On the other hand EVA is a decision system which provides performance measurement and motivates the management for creating value. In this context, the main objectives of this study are integration of the mentioned systems and the presentation of the value that these systems created on the managements financial operation. The results which are presented in the case study: When ABC, Balanced Scorecard and EVA methods addressed as a whole, the operating profit after tax is calculated as 4.128 TL and EVA profit is calculated as 3.948 TL. The results are more accurate and in terms of decisions to be made more healty informations are produceden_US
dc.description.abstractİşletmelerin değişen çevre koşulları, küreselleşme ve artan rekabet şartları içinde faaliyetlerini sürdürebilmeleri çok çeşitli faktörlere bağlıdır. Bunlardan biri de etkin bir şekilde işleyen performans ölçüm sistemidir. Bu kapsamda çok çeşitli performans ölçüm yöntemleri bulunmaktadır. Ancak yönetim muhasebesi kapsamında kullanılan en etkin performans ölçüm yöntemlerinin başında Faaliyete Dayalı Maliyetleme (FDM), performans arnesi (Balanced Scorecard) ve Ekonomik Katma Değer (EKD) gibi yöntemler gelmektedir. Zira FDM ve performans karnesi, yöneticilere “değer yaratma” kararını vermek için ihtiyaç duydukları bilgiyi sağlarken; EKD bir karar sistemi olup, performans ölçümünü sağlar ve değer yaratmak için yönetimi motive eder. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel amacı söz konusu yöntemlerin entegrasyonu ve bunun sonucunda da işletme finansal işlemleri üzerinde yarattığı değerin gösterilmesidir. Örnek uygulamayla ortaya konan sonuçlar; FDM, performans karnesi ve EKD yöntemlerinin bir bütün olarak göz önüne alındığında, elde edilen sonuçlara göre yapılan örnek bir uygulama sonucuna göre “vergi sonrası faaliyet karı” 4.128 TL iken EKD kârı 3.948 TL olarak hesaplanmış olup elde edilen sonuçlar daha doğru ve alınacak kararlar açısından da daha sağlıklı bilgi üretilebildiği görülmektediren_US
