Özet
Son yıllarda ülkelerin üzerinde durdukları konulardan birisini ülkeler arasındaki yüksek niteliklere sahip insan gücü hareketliliği oluşturmaktadır. Bu alandaki tartışmaların önemli bir kısmını ise yurt dışına öğrenim amacıyla gidipte dönmeyen öğrencilerin oluşturduğu görülmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmada da öğrenci hareketliliğine etki eden faktörler ve sonuçlarına ilişkin tartışma konuları değerlendirilmeye çalışılmaktadır.
In recent years, one of the issues that countries interested in, is international migration of highly skilled people. It has been seen that a great deal of the debates in this area are related to students who go abroad with an intention of education and of the same who don't come back to sending countries. In this study, it is evaluated that debating issues relating to factors effecting student mobility and its results.
