Özet
Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, yapılan yabancı yatırımların Makedonya’daki sosyoekonomik etkisine yapmış olduğu katkıların incelenmesi ve yabancı yatırımların borsaya olan etkisinin hesaplanmasıdır. Avrupa’nın güneydoğusunda, Balkan Yarımadası’nda gelişmiş bir ülke olan Yugoslavya Federal Cumhuriyeti’nin dağılmasıyla, Makedonya, Sırbistan, Kosova, Bosna Hersek, Hırvatistan ve Slovenya olmak üzere yedi devlet ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca, Sancak ve Voyvodina olmak üzere iki özerk bölge de mevcuttur. Bütün bu ülke ekonomilerinin gelişmesi için dış yatırımlar hayati öneme sahiptir. Bu devletlerin en büyük avantajı da en gelişmiş kıta olan Avrupa kıtasında olmaları ve yabancı yatırımların bu bölgelere olumlu bakılmasıdır. Yaptıkları yabancı anlaşmaları ve sosyoekonomik ektileri incelenerek nasıl daha fazla yatırım çekilebileceği ve yatırımcıların hangi alanlara gerekliliğini ortaya konmuştur. Yatırım çekmek, çok zor ve uzun bir zaman gerekmektedir. Ülkeler, yatırımcıları kendi çıkarlarını göz etmek ve onlara istedikleri kolaylıkları sağlamak mecburiyetindeler. Onlara teşvikler vermeli, gerektiğinde kanunlar çıkartmalı ya da kanunları onlara uygun şekilde düzeltmeli ve her türlü bürokratik kolaylıklar sağlamalıdır. Yoksa, yatırımcıları dört gözle bekleyen ve her isteklerini yerine getirebilecek başka rakip ülkeler olduğu unutulmamalıdır.
Abstract
The aim of this thesis is , the contributions made by the impact of foreign investment in Macedonia, the socio-economic analysis and the calculation of the impact of foreign investment on the stock exchange. South-eastern Europe , the Balkan Peninsula, which is a developed country, the disintegration of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia , Macedonia, Serbia , Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Croatia and Slovenia 7- state emerged. The autonomous region of Sandzak and Vojvodina also be available in the second one . Foreign Investments for the development of the economies of all these countries is of vital importance . The biggest advantage of these states with the most sophisticated continental olamaları and foreign investments in the continent of Europe in this area should be considered is positive.
