Özet

Seebeck coefficients for parallel and perpendicular directions of trigonal axis of single-crystal bismuth are measured in the temperature range of 140-350 K. Using these measurements, Seebeck coefficients for electrons (Se), holes (Sh) and Fermi energies are calculated. For calculations, a two band model is used and the validity of the model is discussed. -English summary
