Özet

The study, aims to provide a new perspective on the phenomenon of urban growth, within concept of physical theories; a new urban growth model was created by analogy between Burgess, one of the first examples of urban growth models, Concentric Circles Theory and Newton's Laws of Motion to express the areal sprawling. The population expressed as a mass of homogeneously scattered cells. The cities selected in England, France and Germany for the year 1200 until 1914; has been investigated for urban sprawl movement by the force values obtained from Momentum Equations depending on the areal sprawl and population values. In this modeling technique, as specified Force Model , two original classification Kinetic and Potential Urbanization has been proposed for urban growth movement.
