| dc.description.abstract | Tarihin en eski zamanlarından beri Türk toplumunda kadınların statüsü sürekli bir değişim göstermiştir. Osmanlı Devleti’nde de Tanzimat’la başlayan ve II. Meşrutiyet döneminde hızlanan modernleşme süreciyle kadının sosyal hayattaki rolü daha da artmıştır. Bu bağlamda bu çalışma, Osmanlı Devleti’nin son döneminde faaliyete geçerek Balkan Savaşları ve Birinci Dünya Savaşı’nda insanlara dil, din, ırk ayrımı yapmaksızın yardım elini uzatan Osmanlı Hilâl-i Ahmer Cemiyeti’nin kadın kolu olan Hilâl-i Ahmer Hanımlar Merkezi’nin faaliyetlerini konu almıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Since the earliest times in history, the status of women in Turkish society has shown a continuous change. In the Ottoman Empire, The role of women in social life has increased even more during the modernization process accelerated during the the Tanzimat Reforms and Second Constitutional Period. In this regard, this study deals with the activities of Hilal-i Ahmer Hanımlar Merkezi, the women's branch of the Osmanlı Hilal-i Ahmer Cemiyeti, which became operational during the late Ottoman period and gave a helping hand to people without any distinction of language, religion and race through the Balkan Wars and the First World War. | en_US |
