| dc.description.abstract | Ekonomik problemler, Kosova için yıllardır en büyük sorunlardan biri olmuştur. Kosova 2008'de bağımsız olduktan sonra; Dünya Bankası (WB), Uluslararası Para Fonu (IMF), Avrupa İmar ve Kalkınma Bankası (EBRD), Orta Avrupa Serbest Ticaret Anlaşması (CEFTA), Dünya Gümrük Örgütü (WCO) gibi önemli finansal kuruluşlarının bir üyesi oldu. Bu 10 yıllık dönemde ekonomide ilerleme kaydedilmesine rağmen halen üstesinden gelinmesi gereken konular vardır, özellikle yüksek işsizlik oranları ve dış ticaret açığı. Bu çalışmada öncelikle Kosova ile ilgili genel ve dönemsel bilgilere kısaca yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, AB ve Kosova ile ilişkiler ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde, finansal entegrasyon kavramı ana hatlarıyla belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca, Kosova'nın finansal entegrasyonda uluslararası finans kurumlarına üyeliği ve Kosova'daki bankacılık sistemi incelenmiştir. Bir sonraki bölümde, Kosova'nın makroekonomik göstergeleri, bağımsızlığından günümüze kadar detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, Kosova ekonomisinin AB üyelik sürecinde ekonomik kriterlere entegrasyonu da incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise, Kosova'da dış ticaret bileşenlerinde ihracat ve ithalat ile sermaye yatırımları arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığı ekonometrik model kapsamında incelenmiştir. | dc.description.abstract | Economic problems have been one of the biggest problems for Kosovo for many years. After gaining independent in 2008; Kosovo became a member of important financial institutions such as the World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), and World Customs Organization (WCO). Although there has been a progress in the economy in a tenyear period there are still problems to be overcome; especially in high unemployment rates and the foreign trade deficit. In this study, first of all, general and periodical information about Kosovo is given briefly. In the second chapter, the relations with the EU and Kosovo are discussed. In the third part of the study, the concept of financial integration is outlined; In addition, Kosovo's membership in international financial institutions in financial integration and the banking system in Kosovo were examined. In the next chapter, the macroeconomic indicators of Kosovo have been examined in detail from its independence to the present day. In addition, the integration of the Kosovo economy into the economic criteria during the EU membership process was also examined. In the last section, the econometric model is applied that whether the components of foreign trade which is exports and imports have an effect on capital investments or not. | en_US |
