dc.description.abstract1912-1913 Balkan Savaşları sonuçları itibariyle Osmanlı Devleti´ni sona yaklaştıran en önemli hezimetlerden biri olarak tarihe geçmiş ve devletin Balkanlar´daki yaklaşık 600 yıllık hâkimiyetinin sonunu getirmiştir. Balkan Savaşları´nın en önemli sonuçlarından biri de fethedildiği tarihten itibaren devletin Avrupa´ya açılan kapısı ve önemli ticaret merkezlerinden biri olan Selanik´in kaybedilmesidir. Bunların yanı sıra Selanik özellikle 1900´lü yıllardan itibaren mutlak otoriteye karşı en önemlisi İttihat ve Terakki olan örgütlerin çalışmalarıyla şiddetlenen Meşrutiyet hareketinin de önemli merkezlerinden biri olmuştur. Bu sebepledir ki Selanik´in Hasan Tahsin Paşa ve emrindeki kuvvetler tarafından savunma yapılmadan teslim edilmesi devletin durumunu göstermesi açısından önemli bir meseledir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Balkan Wars in 1912-1913, and its conclusions; it was one of the most important defeats of the Ottoman Empire which made history and caused the ending process approximately 600 years domination on Balkan lands. One of the most important results of the Balkan Wars is the loosing Thessaloniki which was the state´s opening to Europe and the loss of one of the important trade centers. In addition to this, Thessaloniki has been the city where the foundations of the Repupulican system were laid as a center of the constitutional monarcy movement, by working İttihat ve Terakki organization which became more and more important in the 1900s. This is why the surrender of Thessaloniki by Hasan Tahsin Pasha and his subordinates without any defense is an important issue how it shows the situation of the state.en_US
