Hak dini Kur'an dili ve Kur'an yolu tefsirlerinde nesh meselesine yaklaşımlar

Özet
Tefsir usulünün kadim konularından biri olan ve etrafında birçok tartışmalar yapılan nesh konusu, tefsir ilminin en problematik konularından bir tanesidir. Bununla birlikte bu konu halen akademik dünyada gündemdeki yerini korumakta ve hakkında çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu durum da gün geçtikçe nesh hakkında farklı anlayış biçimlerinin ortaya çıkmasına sebep olmaktadır. Biz bu çalışmamızda Türkiye'de cumhuriyet sonrasında kaleme alınmış, yazılışlarının arasında 65 yıl bulunan ve her ikisi de Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından hazırlatılan "Hak Dini Kur'an Dili" ve "Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meal ve Tefsir" adlı eserlerde bu meseleye yaklaşımlardaki ortak ve farklı noktaları müelliflerin değerlendirmelerinden yola çıkarak, karşılaştırmalı bir metotla ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Böylece bu iki eser özelinde ülkemizde nesh meselesine yaklaşımların zamanla uğradığı değişimi tespit etmeye gayret ettik. Tezimiz bir giriş, üç ana bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde "Hak Dini Kur'an Dili" ve "Kur'an Yolu" adlı tefsirler tanıtılmıştır. Bunun ardından ilk bölümde neshin tefsir literatüründeki yerine değinilmiş, ikinci bölümde her iki eserde nesh meselesine teorik yaklaşımlara ve bu bağlamda müelliflerin nesh tanımlamalarına yer verilmiştir. Son bölümde ise her iki eserde neshe konu olan ayetler tek tek incelemeye tabi tutularak müelliflerin değerlendirmeleri kaydedilmiştir. Naskh (abrogation) is one of the oldest and widely discussed issues of Qur'anic exegesis and problems revolving this issue still remains in modern academic works. This also maintains the continuous emergence of new and different approaches. In this study, it is intended to analyse the evaluations of naskh issue by comparing the approaches of the two works commissioned by the Presidency of Religious Affairs in Turkey, "Hak Dini Kur'an Dili" and "Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meal ve Tefsir". It is also attempted to examine the change in approaches to the issue during 65 years of interval between these Turkish post-republic works. This study consists of three main chapters apart from introduction and conclusion. After introducing the two works in the introduction part, the first chapter reviews the issue of naskh in exegesis in general terms and the second chapter captures the theoretical framework of the issue with regards to these two works and to the definitions of naskh by their authors. Finally, the third chapter analyses one by one the verses correlated with naskh including the evaluations of the authors on them. Lastly, collated findings of the study have been reviewed and presented in the conclusion.
