dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada amaçlanan, etkin zaman kullanımı sağlayan faktörleri belirlemek, Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde görev alan yöneticilerin zamanlarını etkin kullanmada en çok hangi strateji ya da yöntemlerden yararlandıklarını saptamak ve verimli zaman kullanımı için neler yapabilecekleri konusunda yöneticilere bilgiler sunmaktır. Bunu yaparken önce zaman yönetimi ve ilgili kavramlar önemli boyutlarıyla ele alınarak konunun ana hatları ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra literatür kısmında belirlenen zaman yönetimi unsurları kullanılarak ve geçmiş araştırmalar temel alınarak bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre TSK bünyesindeki yöneticilerin askeri kurallara bağlı kalmak şartı ile zaman yönetimi konusunda son derece bilinçli hareket ettikleri ve özellikle planlama çalışmalarına ve yetki devrine çok önem verdikleri söylenebilir. Çalışmanın sonuçları ayrıca birçok yönüyle literatür kısmı sonucunda elde edilen bulgularla da uyumludur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to identify the factors of effective time consumption, also find out the methods or strategies that are commonly used by officers in Turkish Army for effective time management and provide managers information about how to manage their time effectively. While doing this, first the mainframe of the subject is set by explaining the basic concepts on time management and related subjects considering different dimensions of them. After that, a new research was created based on the previous research and using the findings in the literature part. The results of the research part point that officers in Turkish Army are pretty familiar with time management concept and especially pay attention on planning activities and power transfer but still keeping the military rules. Besides the results of the research part are mostly consistent with the findings in the literature part.en_US
