Özet
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı algılanan örgütsel destek ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkide liderlik türlerinin aracılık rolünün incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde algılanan örgütsel destek, ikinci bölümde tükenmişlik ve üçüncü bölümde liderlik türleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın son bölümünde söz konusu kavramlar arasındaki ilişkiyi test etmek amacıyla nicel bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, algılanan örgütsel destek ile tükenmişliğin alt boyutları olan duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarıların azalması arasındaki ilişkiler ve liderlik alt boyutları olan dönüşümcü, etkileşimci ve serbest bırakıcı liderlik arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Ayrıca algılanan örgütsel destek, tükenmişlik ve liderlik türlerinin çeşitli demografik özelliklerle (yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, kıdem, vb.) arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Araştırma, Çerkezköy’de metal sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmada görev alan personeli kapsamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında 383 çalışana ulaşılmış ancak 349 adet anket geçerli sayılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılan anket formu; demografik özellikler, algılanan örgütsel destek ölçeği, tükenmişlik ölçeği ve liderlik türleri ölçeği olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın veri analizi SPSS 17.0 istatistiki analiz programı ile yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda algılanan örgütsel destek ile tükenmişlik arasında negatif yönde ve anlamlı ilişki, liderlik türleri ile tükenmişlik arasında negatif yönde ve anlamlı ilişki, liderlik türleri ile örgütsel destek arasında pozitif yönde ve anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur.
The main purpose of this research is to examine the mediating role of leadership styles in the relationship between perceived organizational support and burnout. Perceived organizational support in the first part of the study, burnout in the second part and leadership types in the third part are emphasized. In the last part of the study, a quantitative research was conducted in order to test the relationship between these concepts. In the study, the relationships between perceived organizational support and the sub-dimensions of burnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased personal achievement, and the relationships between the leadership subdimensions, transformational, transactional and liberating leadership were examined. In addition, the relationships between perceived organizational support, burnout, and leadership types and various demographic characteristics (age, gender, educational status, seniority, etc.) were examined. The research covers the personnel working in a company operating in the metal sector in Çerkezköy. Within the scope of the research, 383 employees were reached, but 349 questionnaires were deemed valid. Questionnaire form used as data collection tool; It consists of four parts: demographic characteristics, perceived organizational support scale, burnout scale and leadership types scale. Data analysis of the research was done with SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis program. As a result of this study, a negative and significant relationship was found between perceived organizational support and burnout, a negative and significant relationship between leadership types and burnout, and a positive and significant relationship between leadership types and organizational support.
