Özet
Data on the safety of antipsychotic use during pregnancy remain inconclusive. Here, we report the history of a woman with schizophrenia who had two pregnancies while receiving prolactin-sparing antipyschotic drugs. The case supports existing data showing that the use of olanzapine and clozapine (on separate occasions) during pregnancy results in uncomplicated deliveries of healthy infants. © 2016, Springer International Publishing Switzerland.
