Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı lise öğrencilerinin COVID-19 salgın sürecinde uzaktan eğitime erişimlerinde yaşadıkları sorunların tespit edilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Kırklareli’de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı devlet liselerinde okuyan öğrencilerin COVID-19 sürecinde uygulanan uzaktan eğitime erişim süreci ile ilgili olarak Kırklareli Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’nden alınan E-81588373-605.01-44168203 sayılı araştırma izni ertesinde 9, 10, 11 ve 12. sınıfta okuyan toplam 583 öğrenci, 89 öğretmen, 301 veli ve 14 okul yöneticilerine anket doldurtulmuştur. Araştırmada nicel ve nitel yaklaşım birlikte kullanılmıştır. Lise öğrencilerinin uzaktan eğitime erişimlerinde yaşadıkları sorunları ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlayan bu araştırmada var olan bir durum var olduğu şekliyle betimlenmeye çalışılan (Karasar, 2014: 79) tarama modeli temel alınmak sureti ile desenlenmiştir. Araştırmada genel amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan ankette öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitime erişimlerinde yaşamış oldukları sorunların tespit edilmesine ilişkin sorular yer almıştır. Araştırmada toplanan verilerin çözümlenmesi için betimsel analiz yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda elde edilen bulgulardan öğrencilerin büyük bir bölümünün uzaktan eğitim sürecinde sorun yaşamadığı, az da olsa bir kısım öğrencinin ise motivasyon sorunu, odaklanma eksikliği, cihaz eksikliği ve cihaz yetersizliği, internet eksikliği ve hızı düşüklüğü, kendine ait ders çalışma odası olmaması, komşuların gürültü yapması, ailelerin bilgisayarda geçirdiği süreleri oyun zannetmesi, ev işlerine yardım etme, kardeşlerine bakma, bir işte çalışma, derslere katılamama, akademik başarının olumsuz etkilenmesi konularında sorun yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this research is to determine the problems experienced by high school students in accessing distance education during the COVID-19 epidemic. For this purpose, after the research permit numbered E-81588373-605.01-44168203 obtained from the Kırklareli Directorate of National Education regarding the process of accessing distance education applied during the COVID-19 process of students studying in state high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Kırklareli, A total of 583 students, 89 teachers, 301 parents and 14 school administrators studying in the 11th and 12th grades were asked to fill out the questionnaires. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were used together in the research. In this research, which aims to reveal the problems experienced by high school students in their access to distance education, an existing situation was designed on the basis of the scanning model, which is tried to be described as it exists (Karasar, 2014: 79). In the survey prepared in line with the general purpose of the research, there were questions regarding the determination of the problems experienced by the students in their access to distance education. Descriptive analysis method was preferred to analyze the data collected in the study. According to the findings obtained at the end of the research, most of the students did not have any problems in the distance education process, although a few students had motivation problems, lack of focus, lack of devices, lack of internet and low speed, not having their own study room, noisy neighbors. It has been determined that families have problems in thinking the time spent on the computer is a game, helping with housework, taking care of their siblings, working at a job, not being able to attend classes, and having a negative impact on academic success.
