Özet
Bu çalışmada Hanefî Mezhebinin temel görüşlerini ele alan bu yönüyle Osmanlı Medreselerinde ders kitabı olarak okutulan ayrıca müftîlerin fetvâ kaynağı olarak kullandıkları İbrâhim el-Halebî’nin Mülteka’l-ebhur isimli eserinin Türkçe’ye yapılan ilk ve en meşhur tercümesi ele alınmıştır. Tezimizin ana konusu bu eserdeki Osmanlı tercüme-şerh geleneğine bağlı kalınarak yapılan izahların kaynaklarına ilişkindir. Müellifin gösterdiği bu kaynakları incelemeye çalıştık. Bunları yaparken fıkıh bahislerinin tamamı yerine sadece ibâdât bahislerini sınır olarak belirledik. Çalışmamızda müellifin şerhine mesned olan kaynakları tespit etmenin yanında bu kaynaklarla ilgili hangi bölümde ne kadar kullanıldıklarına dair istatistikî verileri ortaya çıkartıp tablolar ile bunları görselleştirdik. Bunlara ilâveten müellifin meseleleri fıkhî olarak değerlendirme tarzını da gücümüz nispetinde ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık. Bütün bunlar, özel tespitlerin ele alındığı ikinci bölümde ve özel tespitlerden ulaşılan genel tespitlerin sunulduğu üçüncü bölümde ifade edildi. Müellifin hayatıyla ilgili çok az mâlûmat bulunmaktadır. Muhtelif tarih eserlerinde parça parça bulunan bilgileri kronolojik bir sıraya tâbi tutup toplayarak müellifin hayatına dair şimdiye kadarki en geniş çalışmayı yapmış olduğumuz kanaatini taşımaktayız. Ayrıca Hanefî Mezhebi’nin önemli kaynaklarından bir tanesi olan Mülteka’l-ebhur’un tercümesi olan bu eserin kaynaklarının ortaya çıkarılması ve bu vesileyle Osmanlı tercüme-şerh geleneğine yaptığımız vurgu kanaatimizce ilim dünyasına sunulacak önemli katkılar mahiyetindedir.
In this study, the first and most famous translation into Turkish of Ibrâhim al-Halebî's Mülteka'l-ebhur, which was used as a textbook in Ottoman Madrasahs and used as a source of fatwa, was discussed. The main subject of our thesis is related to the sources of the explanations made in this work by adhering to the Ottoman translation-annotation tradition. We tried to examine these sources cited by the author. While doing these, we have determined only the worship bets as the limit instead of all fiqh bets. In our study, in addition to identifying the sources that are based on the author's commentary, we have revealed the statistical data about how much they are used in which part of these sources and visualized them with tables. In addition to these, we tried to reveal the author's way of evaluating the issues as jurisprudence to the extent of our strength. All these were expressed in the second part, in which special findings were discussed, and in the third part, in which general findings from specific findings were presented. There is very little information about the life of the author. We are of the opinion that we have done the most extensive study on the life of the author by putting the information found piece by piece in various historical works in a chronological order. In addition, revealing the sources of this work, which is the translation of Mülteka'l-ebhur, which is one of the important sources of the Hanafi Sect, and on this occasion, our emphasis on the Ottoman translation-annotation tradition, in our opinion, is an important contribution to the world of science.
