Abstract
Bu çalışmada Trakya belediyelerinin yerel diplomaside hangi mahiyette roller üstlendikleri, bu rolleri üstlenirken hangi yasal süreçlere uydukları ve diğer devletlerdeki prosedürlerin hangi şekillerde olduğu araştırılacaktır. Çalışma toplamda beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır
In this study, it will be investigated what kind of roles the Thrace municipalities play in local diplomacy, what legal procedures they follow while taking these roles, and what kind of procedures are in other states. The study consists of five main chapters in total.
