Özet
A male case, 21 years old, was diagnosed to have an aplastic anemia, immediately after an inguinal hernie surgery during which a chloramphenicol ointment was applied on to his eyes. It was thought chloramphenicol is the reason for this case's aplastic anemia by the idiosyncrotic reaction. Therefore this case is reported under the light of the relevant upto date references.
