dc.description.abstractThis study evaluates the criteria of exhaustion of application remedies which constitutes one of the criteria in the investigation of admissibility of individual application to constitutional court that come into force in 2012 after the constitutional amendment in 2010 in Turkey. In the study, firstly, the principle of subsidiarity which located in the theoretical background of exhaustion of application remedies criteria will be handled and then the concept of remedies, exhaustion of remedies and exceptions of the rules will be examined in a theoretical framework. This study, after concretizing the subject by evaluation of individual application decisions of the Constitutional Court, aims to introduce a guide study for practitioners.en_US
