Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada retrospektif olarak, istmik spondilolistezis nedeni ile öpere edilen ve yaşları 14 ile 69 olan 30 hastada cerrahi sonuçlarının yaşla olan bağlantısını araşatırdık. Hastalarımızı 40 yaşın altı ve 40 yaşın üstü olarak iki gruba ayırdık. Tüm hastalara operasyon endikasyonu en az 3 ay konservatif tedavi uygulamasından sonra verildi. Cerrahi tekniği olarak tüm hastalara posterolateral füzyon ve transpediküler fiksasyon uygulandı. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları göz önüne alındığında spondilolistezisin cerrahi tedavisi, genç hastalarda yaşlı hastalara göre gerek yüksek füzyon oranı gerekse klinik sonuçlar açısından daha iyi olmaktadır. 54
SUMMARY In this study we evaluated surgical outcome and its relationship with age in 30 patients with isthmic spondylolisthesis. We formed two groups. A group with patients under 40 and a seconde one with patients over 40. The decision for operation was made after at least 3 months of conservative treatment in all patients. Posterolateral fusion and transpedicular screw fixation was performed as the surgical technique in all subjects. According to frie results of the present study, surgical treatment of spondiloiysthesis is more successful in young patients. 55
