Özet
İslam’ın beş temel esasından olması hasebiyle namazın her bir parçası Müslümanlar açısından ayrı bir önemi haizdir. Kur’an-ı Kerim ve hadisler de bizlere namazın ehemmiyeti hakkında birçok mesaj vermektedir. Bu çalışmada Müslümanlar açısından önemli bir yeri olan namazdaki ef’âl-i mahsûsa konusunda İslam âlimlerinin farklı ictihadları incelenmiştir. Bu farklı görüşlerin temelinde genel olarak Hz. Peygamber’den aktarılan farklı hadislerin ve mezheplerin bu hadisleri delil kabul etme noktasındaki farklı usul ve yöntemlerinin olduğu söylenebilir. Çalışmanın amacı, mezheplerin ortaya koyduğu farklı ictihadların akli ve nakli bir delile dayandığını ortaya koymak ve bu delilleri mezheplerin bakış açılarına göre incelemektir. Bu sayede İslam âlimlerinin, İslam’ı anlama hususunda ortaya koydukları gayret görülmüş olacaktır. Hiç şüphe yok ki namazdaki ef’âl-i mahsûsa, Müslümanların zihinlerinde ve toplumunda mezheplerin anlaşılması noktasında önemli bir yer edinmiştir. Ayrıca mezheplerin, namazın herhangi bir fiili ile ilgili olarak ortaya koyduğu farklı ictihadlar, İslam’ın bir zenginliği, Allah’ın bir rahmeti olarak görülmeli ve bu konuda müsamahakâr olunmalıdır. Nitekim bu fiillerin her biri, Hz. Peygamber’in söz ve fiillerine, meşru delillere dayanmaktadır.
Beacuse of being one of the five fundemental principles of Islam every part of pray has diffirent special importance for Muslim. The Quran and hadiths give us many messages about the importance of pray. İn our study, we exeminated different jurisprudence of Islamic scholars about the special actions of pray which has important place for muslims. As we can say on the basis of these diffirent opinions, different hadiths and sects transferred from the Hz. Prophet have generally different ways and methods for the point of accepting evidence these hadiths. Destination of our study is to reveal that the different jurisprudence presented by the sects is based on an evidence of the mind and the transfer of the jurisprudence and to examine these evidence according to the perspectives of the sects. In this way, the efforts of Islamic scholars in understanding Islam will be seen. There is no doubt that the acts of pray have an important place in the understanding of the sects in the minds and society of Muslims. In addition, the different jurisprudence of the sects, which are revealed in relation to any act of the prayer, should be seen as a wealth of Islam and as a mercy of Allah and should be tolerated. In fact, all of these acts are based on Hz. Prophet's words, deeds and legitimate evidence.
