dc.description.abstractHyperparathyroidism is a disease involving multiple systems, mainly as diabetes, hypertension and chronic renal failure. Surgical removal of the parathyroid tissue is the gold standard in the treatment of hyperparathyroidism. Preparation for the anesthesia and maintenance of the aiiway in these patients is vital.
