| dc.description.abstract | Geçmişten günümüze dünya ekonomisine önemli katkılar sağlayan ve köklü bir tarihe sahip olan ulusötesi şirketler, hızla gelişen teknoloji ve artan küreselleşmenin etkisi sonucunda daha da fazla önem kazanmıştır. Ulusötesi şirketler, bir ülkede bir merkeze sahip olan ve belli bir sermaye ile satış hasılatı ile birçok ülkede faaliyet gösteren şirketlerdir. Ulusötesi şirketler, dünya ekonomisinde önemli bir yer tutmakta ve ulus devletler ile bir karşılaştırma içinde ele alınmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı da, ulusötesi şirketlerin dünya sistemindeki yerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda çalışma üç bölümde tamamlanmıştır. Birinci bölümde dünya sistemi yaklaşımı, kökeni ve eleştirileriyle ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölüm; kapitalizm, küreselleşme ve ulusötesileşme kavramlarının açıklandığı bölümdür. Burada kapitalizm ve küreselleşmenin tarihsel gelişimleri de açıklanarak ulusötesi şirketlerin yayılışı ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölüm, ulusötesi şirketlerin genel olarak ve küreselleşme kapsamında ele alındığı bölümdür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Transnational corporations have contributed to world economy a lot from past to this day and they have a deep history. They have become even more important as a result of the rapidly developing technology and the increasing globalization. Transnational corporations are corporations which have a center in one country and operate in many countries with a certain capital and sales revenue. Transnational companies have an important position in world economy and they are analyzed in comparison to nation states. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of transnational companies in the world system. In this context, the study consists ofthree parts. In the first part, world system approach, roots of this approach and criticism to this approach are discussed. Capitalism, globalization and transnationalism are explained in the second part. In this part, the historical development of capitalism and globalization is explained and the spread of transnational corporations is discussed. In the third part, transnational corporations are examined in general and in the context of globalization. | en_US |
