| dc.description.abstract | Beş asır boyunca Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun hakimiyetinde kalan Bulgaristan, bağımsızlığını kazanması ile Türklere karşı sürekli bir baskı ve sindirme politikası izlemiştir. Bu sebeple başlayan göç uzun yıllar Bulgaristan Türklerinin kaderi olmuştur. 1944 sonrası Bulgaristan’a komünist rejimin yerleşmesiyle beraber azınlıklara yönelik uygulamalar sistemli hale getirilip tek uluslu sosyalist bir devlet kurmaya çalışılmış ve bu politikaya engel Bulgaristan’da yaşayan en büyük azınlık olan Türkler görülmüştür. Bundan sonra eğitimde, dinde kısıtlamalar, toprakların kooperatifleşmesi, yeni komünist rejimin baskıları ve Sovyetler Birliği’nin çeşitli amaçlarla yaptığı kışkırtmalar 1950 – 1951 göçünü başlatan nedenler olmuştur. 10 Ağustos 1950 tarihinde Bulgar Hükümeti verdiği nota sonrası yaşanan göç başlamıştır. Bulgaristan’dan 1950 yılının başından itibaren Türkiye’ye gelen göçmenler Türk hükümeti tarafından ülkenin çeşitli yerlerine iskân edilmişlerdir. Edirne, Kırklareli ve Tekirdağ göçmenlerin yoğun olarak iskân edildiği şehirlerden bazıları olmuştur. Göçmenler önce misafirhanelerde kalmış, sonra iskân yerlerine gönderilmiştir. Göçmenlere Kızılay, Türk halkı, çeşitli kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile dış ülkeler yardım etmişlerdir. Ayrıca Göçmen ve Mültecilere Yardım Birliği kurulmuştur. Bu birlik iskân yerlerinde şube açarak göçmenlere yardımların ulaşmasını sağlamıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bulgaria had been under the sovereignty of the Ottoman Empire for 5 centuries, but after it gained its indepedence, there has been a constant policy of suppression against the Turks and this has been the fate of the Bulgarian Turks for many years. After 1944 communism, asimilation become official an systmetical policy of state Erpecially in Jivkov term the efforts for one-nation Bulgaria by arsimilating Turkısh and other mirorities have increated and The Turks were the largest minority group in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian government saw them as an obstacle to their policy. Afterwards The restrictions in education, religion land collectivization, the pressure of the new comunist regime and Soviet Union for some reasons started the 1950 – 1951 migration. The Bulgarian goverment intended to send the Bulgarian Note of the 10 August 1950 to Turkey and then migration got started. Turks in Bulgaria became subject to forced migration. Immigrants coming to Turkey from Bulgaria since 1950 the immigrants The Turkish government has immigrated to various parts of the country, especially the western regions. Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ some of the cities where immigrants are heavily populated. They first stayed in the guesthouses, and then they were sent to settlements. The Red Crescent, and other countries, Turks and various institutions assisted the immigrants.
