| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı; Edirne ilindeki ilkokul öğretmenlerinin yöneticilerine yönelik denetim algıları ile mesleki motivasyon düzeyleri arasında ilişki olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Edirne ilindeki resmi ilkokul kurumlarına görev yapan 206 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak, öğretmenlere, Ekleme (2001) tarafından geliştirilip uygulanan 5’li Likert tipi toplam 22 maddeden ve Öğretimle İlgili Hizmetlerin Denetimi, Eğitimle İlgili Hizmetlerin Denetimi ve Okul İşletmesiyle İlgili Hizmetlerin Denetimi adı verilen üç alt boyuttan oluşan anket araştırmacıdan izin alınarak uygulanmıştır. Yıldırım (2006) tarafından eğitim kurumlarına uyarlanmış ilköğretim okulu öğretmenlerinin mesleki motivasyon düzeylerini ortaya çıkarmak üzere 6’lı Likert tipi toplam 30 maddeden oluşan Ekonomik Motivasyon, Psiko-sosyal Motivasyon, Örgütsel-Yönetsel Motivasyon adı verilen üç alt boyuttan oluşan anket araştırmacıdan izin alınarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, uygulanan anketler aracılığıyla, öğretmenlerin yönetici denetimlerindeki tutumları değerlendirilmiştir. Anket sonuçlarının çözümlenmesinde SPSS 15.0 programı kullanılarak, sonuçlar elde edilmiş, yorumlanmış ve tartışılarak öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the control perceptions of primary school teachers in Edirne and their vocational motivation levels. The sample of the research was composed of 206 teachers working for the official primary school institutions in Edirne in 2016-2017 academic year. As a data collection tool, a questionnaire consisting of 22 articles of 5 likert type developed and applied by add (2001) and three sub-dimensions called supervision of services related to education, supervision of services related to education, and supervision of services related to school administration was obtained by permission from researchers. In order to determine the professional motivation levels of primary school teachers adapted to educational institutions, a questionnaire consisting of 30 articles of 6 likert type total was obtained from three sub-dimensions called psychosocial motivation and organizational-managerial motivation. In the study, the attitudes of teachers under Executive supervision were evaluated through the questionnaires applied. The results were obtained, interpreted and discussed using SPSS 15.0 program to analyze the results. | en_US |
