dc.description.abstractEğitim ve öğretim sürecinde sağlıklı bireyler yetişmesi için ailelerin katılımı da gereklidir. Öğrencilerin başarısında tek başına okullar eğitim öğretim sürecinde etkin değildir. Aileler bu başarının sağlanmasında büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Öğrencinin eğitim ve öğretim yönünden başarılı olması için okul ve ailenin işbirliği içerisinde olması gerekir. Bu sebepler okullarda okul aile birliklerinin kurulmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Bu çalışmada ortaöğretimdeki okul aile birliklerinin işleyişi vesorunlarına ilişkin yönetici ve üyelerin görüşleri bilimsel olarak ele alınıpincelenmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma deseni görüşme formu hazırlanarak, görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Bu çerçevede İstanbul İlinin, Büyükçekmece İlçesine bağlı üç lisedeki okul aile birliklerinin işleyişi ve sorunlarına ilişkin okul yöneticilerinin ve okul aile birliği üyelerinin görüşlerine yönelik görüşme yapılmış olup çıkan sorunlara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda; öğrencilerin eğitim – öğretimde daha başarılı olması, okul ve ailenin iyi bir iletişim ve işbirliği içerisinde olması için sosyal devlet anlayışı gereği Milli Eğitim Bakanlığının eğitime daha fazla bütçe ayırması gerektiği görülmektedir.en_US

dc.description.abstractDuring the education process the contribution of the families are needed in order to raise healty individuals. In the success of the students school cannot solely be effective. Families have great importance in gaining the desired success. The success of the student depends on the collaboration of the families and the school. This is the reason why the parent – teacher associations are founded at schools. In this study the process and the problems are scientifically analysed by considering the views of the members and managers of these associations at schools. Qualititative research desing interview form was prepared and interviewed. In this context three highschools parent – teacher associations in Büyükçekmece region of İstanbul city are analysed by considering the views of the members via interviews focusing on the process and problems of these associations, problems are aimed to be spotified and hyptheses of solutions are tried to be conveyed and suggestions are put forward. As a result of the research; It is seen that the Ministry of National Education should allocate more budget to the understanding of the social state in order that the students are more successful in education and the school and the familya re in good communication andcooperation.en_US
