| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde yaşanılan üstün rekabet, bilgi ve teknolojideki atik gelişmeler, hizmet öncesi eğitimle edinilen bilgilerin zaman içinde iş ortamındaki yetersizliği sonucunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu vaziyet, hizmet içi eğitimin gerekliliğini ve çalışanlara işin, iş yerinin gerektirdiği eğitimi vermek, emeğin ve kaynakların faal ve verimli kullanılmasının yanında, ülke kaynaklarının da verimli kullanılmasını sağlayacaktır. Genç nüfusa sahip ve tam olarak sanayileşememiş olan ülkemiz için, hizmet içi eğitimin önemi gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Hemşirelik bakımının kalitesi, hemşirelerin bilgi ve kabiliyetleri, hastanın ihtiyaçlarını karşılamada faal bir şekilde kullanabilme derecesi ile ilişkili olmaktadır. Bu amaçla hemşirelikte hizmet kalitesinin ve hemşirelerin performansının yükseltilebilmesi için hizmet içi eğitimler sürekli olarak uygulanmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda hemşirelikte hizmet içi eğitimlerin performansa etkisinin belirlenmesi için bu çalışmada, hizmet içi eğitim olgusu hemşireler üzerinden önce genel ve teorik olarak ele alınacak, daha sonra ise İstanbul- Esenyurt Devlet Hastanesinde görevli 200 hemşire ve çalışan üzerinden hizmet içi eğitim uygulamalarının performansa etkileri incelenmeye çalışılacaktır. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstract | The intense competition in the world, rapid developments in information and technology, reveals that the information obtained with pre-service training is insufficient in the business environment over time. This will provide the need for inservice training and job training for the workplace, the effective and efficient use of labor and resources, as well as the assessment of country resources. For Turkey, which has a young population structure and has not fully provided its industrialization, the importance of in-service training is steadily increasing. The quality of nursing care depends on the degree to which the knowledge and skills of thenurses are effectively used to meet the needs of the patient. For this purpose, in-service trainings are continuously applied in order to improve the quality of service and nurses' performance in nursing. In this study, in order to determine the effect of in-service training on nursing in the direction of the aim of the study, the in-service training will be discussed in general and theoretically on the basis of the nurses and then the performance effects of in-service training applications on 200 nurses and employees working in Istanbul-Esenyurt State Hospital . | en_US |
