| dc.description.abstract | Bu tezin özelliği COVID-19’un çalışma hayatına olan etkileri üzerinde çalışılmış olmasıdır. Tarihte önemli ve yıkıcı salgın hastalıklar yaşanmış, nüfuslar azalmış, ekonomi negatif eğilimde olmuştur. Günümüze bakıldığında dünyayı etkisi altına alan COVID-19 salgını ortaya çıkarak ülkelere çoklu etki oluşturmuştur. Ülkeler hemen sağlık önlemleri almaya başladığında, işin bir diğer yüzü olan ekonomik sonuçları ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışma hayatına olan etkilerini incelemek önem arz etmiştir. İçinde bulunulan döneme ve coğrafyaya göre etkiler incelenmiştir. Tezin teorik çerçevesi literatür taramasından oluşmuştur. Tez araştırmasını yaparken tarihte karşılaşılan salgın hastalıklar imkân dahilinde varsa ekonomik sonuçlarıyla beraber incelenmiştir. Günümüze olan değişimi üzerinde durulmuştur. Gelişmiş ve gelişmekteki ülkelere olan sağlık, eğitim, ekonomi etkileri araştırılmıştır. Ülkelerin, pandemiye verdikleri yanıtlar, alınan ekonomik önlemler, başarılı ve başarısız olduğu durumlar ortaya konmuştur. İstihdam, vergi, işsizlik, sosyal güvenlik, sosyal yardım, teşvikler, dezavantajlı gruplara ait ülkelerin ve ülkemizin politika yanıtları, pandemi öncesi statüleri ve sonrası incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this thesis is about the effects of COVID-19 on working life. There have been important and devastating epidemics in history, which caused populations to decrease and negative economic growth. Considering today, the COVID-19 epidemic, which affected the world, has emerged and has had multiple effects on countries. When the authorities started taking health measures, several economic consequences emerged. In this context, it is important to examine the effects on working life. These effects were examined in depth of time and geographically. The theoretical framework of the thesis consists of a literature review. While conducting this research, both epidemics encountered in history and their economic effects were examined, if possible. Emphasis is placed on present day effects. The effects of health, education and economy on developed and developing countries were investigated. The responses of the countries to the pandemic, the economic measures that were taken, the successful and unsuccessful situations are revealed. Employment, tax, unemployment, social security, social benefits, incentives, policy responses of countries belonging to disadvantaged groups and our country, their status before and after the pandemic were examined. | en_US |
