dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Türkiye’deki mülteci kadın haklarının bir incelemesi yapılacaktır. Göç dünyamızın geçmişten günümüze bir gerçeğidir. Gerek ekonomik sebeplerden olsun, gerek ihtiyaca yönelik olsun, gerekse de siyasal tehditler sebebiyle olsun insanoğlu kendi yararına olabilecek şekilde hayatını yer değiştirerek devam ettirmek zorunda kalmıştır ve kalacaktır da. Mültecilik de göç olgusunun altında hayati tehditlerden kaçmak uğruna yer değiştiren göçmen grup için kullanılan bir olgu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bunun yanında toplumda kadın olmak, hatta ve hatta mülteci bir kadın olmak algısı araştırılmaya değer bir eşitsizlik durumu yaratmaktadır. Dolayısıyla araştırmanın genel savı mülteci kadınların erkeklerden daha savunmasız oluşlarıdır ve bu da nitel araştırmalarla örneklendirilmeye çalışılacaktır. Bu bağlamda göç tanımı, göç çeşitleri, göç teorileri ve göç politikaları incelendikten sonra; göçmen, mülteci ve sığınmacı tanımları yapılacaktır. Çalışmanın devamında mülteciliğin gelişimi ve mülteci hakları üzerinde durulacaktır. Ardından da Türkiye’deki mülteci kadınlar, yaşadıkları sorunlar, deneyimleri ve bu konuda yapılan çalışmalar tartışılacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, there will be a review of the refugee women’s rights in Turkey. Migration is a reality of our world from past to present. Human beings have to and will continue to move their lives for their own benefit, whether for economic reasons, for needs or for political threats. Refugee is a phenomenon used for under the migrant groups who migrate to escape vital threats. In addition, the perception of being a woman in the society and even being a refugee woman that creates a situation of inequality is worth to be studied. Therefore, the general argument of the research is that refugee women are more undefended than men and this will be tried to be exemplified by qualitative researches. In this context, after examining the definition of migration, migration types, migration theories and migration policies; definitions of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers will be made. The course will focus on the development of refugees and refugee rights. Then the women refugees in Turkey, their problems, experiences and studies about done on this issue will be discussed.en_US
