Increased interest and demand for tourism has intensified the competitive environment. Furthermore, it has intensified the interest in different cultures. Festivals that help to gain advantage in competition have benefited the people of the country and have become a focuspoint for tourists. Each country organizes its own cultural festivals, reflecting its own culture to tourists visiting the city and trying to influence the tourist experiences in a positive way. In this study, the relationship between experiential satisfaction and experiential quality on theoretical basis was investigated using the example of Dokufest International Documentary and Short Film Festival. At the end of the festival, 400 questionnaires aiming to measure the satistaftion degree, positive and negative opinions of the tourists were put to evaluation and examined using the exploratory factor analysis, single and multiple regression and reliability analysis methods. As a result, it is concluded that physical environment quality, output quality and access quality, which are the sub-dimensions of experiential quality, have a positive effect on experiential satisfaction.
