| dc.description.abstract | 7. ÖZET Selektif serotonin re-uptake inhibitörleri sertralin ve fluvoksamin ile karma etkili inhibitörlerden klomipramin ve maprotilin'in çeşitli santral etkileri incelendi. Tüm testlerde sertralin 1, 5, 10, ve 50 mg/kg, i.p.; fluvoksamin 1, 3, 10, 30 ve 100 mg/kg, i.p.; klomipramin 5, 10 ve 20 mg/kg, i.p.; maprotilin 1, 5 ve 10 mg/kg, i.p. dozlarında uygulandı. Klomipramin ve maprotilin tüm dozlarda, sertralin 50 mg/kg, fluoksamin 100 mg/kg dozunda vücut sıcaklığını istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede azalttı. Hot plate testinde sertralin 5 ve 10 mg/kg, fluvoksamin 10 ve 30 mg/kg dozlarında reaksiyon zamanını istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede uzattılar. Sertralin 1 ve 50 mg/kg, fluvoksamin 1 mg/kg dozlarında ve klomipramin tüm dozlarda spontan lokomotor aktiviteyi istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede artırdılar. Zorlu yüzdürme testinde fluvoksamin 1 mg/kg, maprotilin 1 mg/kg dozlarında ve klomipramin tüm dozlarda hareketsiz kalma skorunu istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede azalttılar. Sertralin 5, 10 ve 50 mg/kg,- fluvoksamin 1, 10, 30 ve 100 mg/kg dozlarında, klomipramin ve maprotilin tüm dozlarda yüzme skorunu istatistiksel anlamlı derecede artırdılar. Kaçma skorunu ise, sertralin 5, 10 ve 50 mg/kg, maprotilin 1 mg/kg dozlarında, fluvoksamin tüm dozlarda istatistiksel anlamlı derecede azalttı. Uygulanan tüm ilaçlar maksimal elektrokonvülsif nöbet görülme sıklığını doz bağımlı bir şekilde artırdılar. En büyük artış maprotilin' de gözlendi. Sertralin ve fluvoksamin' le oluşan nöbet sıklığı (yüksek dozlar hariç), klomipramin ve maprotilin ile gözlenenden daha düşüktü. SUMMARY In this study, several central effects of selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors sertraline and fluvoksamine, and of mixed inhibitors clomipramine and maprotiline were investigated. In all the tests carried out, sertraline was applied in the doses of 1, 5, 10, and 50 mg/kg, i.p.; fluvoksamine, in the doses of 1, 3, 10, 30, and 100 mg/kg, i.p.; clomipramine^ in the doses of 5, 10, and 20 mg/kg, i.p.; maprotiline, in the doses of 1, 5, and 10 mg/kg, i.p. Clomipramine and maprotiline in all doses, sertraline in the doses of 10 and 50 mg/kg, fluvoksamine in the dose of 100 mg/kg, decreased the body temperature in a statistically significant amount. In the hot plate test, sertraline, in the doses of 5 and 10 mg/kg; fluvoksamine, in the doses of 10 and 30 mg/kg, prolonged the reaction time in a statistically significant amount. Sertraline, in the doses of 1 and 50 mg/kg; fluvoksamine, in the doses of 1 and 100 mg/kg; and clomipramine, in all doses, increased the spontaneous locomotor activity to an extent which is statistically significant. In the forced swim test, fluvoksamine, in the dose of 1 mg/kg; maprotiline, in the dose of 1 mg/kg; and, clomipramine, in all doses, reduced the score of staying immobile, in a statistically significant amount. Sertraline, in the doses of 5, 10, and 50 mg/kg; fluvoksamine, in the doses of 1, 10, 30, and 100 mg/kg; clomipramine and maprotiline in all doses produced statistically significant increase in swimming score. The run away score was decreased in a statistically significant amount by sertraline in the doses of 5, 10, and 50 mg/kg; by maprotiline in the dose of 1 mg/kg; by fluvoksamine in all doses. 46 | en_US |
