Özet
Edirneli Mehmed Fevzî Efendi'nin Tasavvuf ilmi ile alakalı risâleleri özellikle kimi kavramların ele alınması bakımından önem taşımaktadır. Araştırmamızda Fevzî Efendi'nin dört risâlesini tahlil ederek yaşamış olduğu 19. yüzyılda tasavvufa karşı yaklaşımları ve tasavvufun uygulanabilirliğini inceleyip araştırmacılara bir örnek sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Mehmed Fevzî Efendi'nin hayatı, ilmî kişiliği, görev aldığı beldeler ve eserleri ele alınmıştır. "Tasavvufta Râbıta Kavramı" başlığını taşıyan birinci bölümde "râbıta" kavramının lügat ve ıstılâh anlamları ile birlikte klasik tasavvufî eserlerdeki izâhları incelenmiş ve devamında da Mehmed Fevzî Efendi'nin tasavvufî risâlelerinde "râbıta"ya bakış açısı, sunduğu delîller ve genel mânâda görüşleri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. "Tasavvufta Kerâmet Kavramı" başlığındaki ikinci bölümde ise "kerâmet" kavramının da lügat ve ıstılâh anlamlarına değinildikten sonra klasik tasavvufî eserlerde kerâmet hakkındaki görüşler değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Devamında "mûcize" ve "istidrâc" kavramları açıklanmış ve "kerâmet" ile aralarındaki ilişkiden sözedilmiştir. Mehmed Fevzî Efendi'nin tasnif ettiği kerâmet çeşitleri sıralandıktan sonra meşhur bazı sûfilere ait kerâmetleri anlattığı menkıbeler, söz konusu sûfilerle alakalı kısaca bilgi verildikten sonra aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonucunda Fevzî Efendi'nin ilmî açıdan klasik geleneğe bağlı kaldığı, kullandığı dil ve üslûbun yanında verdiği kıssa örneklerinin ve yazdığı şiirlerin halka yönelik ve yalın olduğu, râbıta ve kerâmeti kabul edip deliller sunmaya çalıştığı tespit edilmiştir.
The epistles of Mehmed Fevzî Efendi, which are about sufism knowledge have significance, especially in terms of handling some concepts. In our research, we have analyzed four epistles of Mehmed Fevzî Efendi from Edirne concerning his knowledge about sufism. As a result of our research, examining the approaches to sufism in the 19th century when Mehmed Fevzî Efendi lived and applicability of sufism, it is aimed to present a sample to researchers. Our thesis consists of an introduction and two main sections. In the introductory chapter there are the life of Mehmed Fevzî Efendi, his knowledge, places he was assigned and his works. In the first chapter, the use of the concept of r?bita in classical mystical works with its dictionary and terminological meanings is examined. Later on, perspective of Mehmed Fevzî Efendi to r?bita and evidences are examined. In the second chapter, the use of the concept of kar?mah in classical mystical works with its dictionary and terminological meanings is examined. Later on, the concept of "mucize" and "istidrâc" are described and its connection with the kar?mah is mentioned. To Mehmed Fevzî Efendi, the variety of kar?mah are listed and then stated according to the kar?mah stories of some famous sufis. Before the stories, some information about the sufis is given. As a result of our study, it is determined that Mehmed Fevzî Efendi stick to classical tradition technically, besides the language he used and the style, the parable examples he gave and the poems he wrote are for the public and simple, he accepted r?bita and kar?mah and evidenced.
