Kistik over lezyonlarında transabdominal b mod ultrasonografi ile harmonik görüntülemenin transvaginal ultrasonografi yapılamayan hastalarda karşılaştırılması

Özet
Çalışmada harmonik görüntülemenin transabdominal yolla overleri görüntülemede karşılaşılan zorlukları ortadan kaldırmada B mod görüntülemeden farklarının bulunup bulunmadığını araştırmayı amaçladık. Çalışma kapsamında kistik lezyonu olduğundan şüphelenilen ya da insidental olarak kistik lezyonu saptanan 64 hasta transabdominal yolla değerlendirildi. B mod ve harmonik inceleme ile kantitatif olarak kist boyutları birbirine dik iki eksende ölçüldükten sonra kalitatif olarak genel kist belirginliği, duvar belirginliği, ekojenite ve güçlenme gibi parametreler açısından 4 puan üzerinden derecelendirildi. Elde edilen verilere göre hastalar 3 gruba ayrıldı. Daha sonra bu verilerin anlamı istatistiksel olarak araştırıldı. Her grupta hem kantitatif hem kalitatif ölçümlerde harmonik inceleme B mod incelemeye göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede farklı bulundu. Sonuç olarak overlerin transabdominal yolla değerlendirilmesinde karşılaşılan teknik zorlukları aşmada ve genel imaj kalitesini arttırmada harmonik inceleme oldukça yararlı bulunmuştur.
Abstract
We aimed that to investigate the if there is any difference between Harmonic imaging and B mod imaging at assessing the ovaries by transabdominal route. In this research we evaluated 64 patient by transabdominal ultrasonography that they have suspected from having ovarian cycstic lesion or found incidentaly cycstic lesion at their ovary. For quantitave evaluation each lesion measured in lateral and vertical diameter either B mod and harmonic imaging. After this process each lesion assessed qualitatively by scoring from 1 to 4 according to their general overall conspuicity, wall conspuicity, echogenity and posterior acoustic enhancements parameters. After this assessement pressed the harmonic button and each process repeated by the harmonic mod again. Patients grouped at 3 cathegories. After the finishing the all process, all data evaluated statistically. We found that in each group harmonic imaging is superior to B mode imaging either quantitative and qualitative. Harmonic imaging that has been used for evaluate the many organs is the very useful tecnique for assessment of abdominal structures at transabdominal route and can overcome the tecqniue obstacles.
