Özet
Organizasyonların kaynaklarının ve yeteneklerinin taklit edilemez olma, nadir bulunma, kullanıldıkça da değer kaybetmeme avantajları organizasyonlar için önem arz etmektedir. Bu nedenle organizasyonların bu konularda kendilerini geliştirmelerinin önemli olması sebebiyle buna uygun bir kültür oluşturarak öğrenmeyi de sürekli hâle getirmesi faydalı olacaktır. Bu çalışma kaynak temelli yaklaşımın, örgütlerin performansına etkisinin yanında öğrenen örgüt kültürü üzerinden de ne denli bir etkileşim oluşturduğunu test etmek için yapılmıştır. Araştırma için emek-yoğun faaliyetleri yüksek olan, çalışma süreçlerinde kaynakların ve yeteneklerin ön plana çıktığı, teknoloji ve diğer bütün kaynakların gelişimiyle uyumlu bir seyir hâlinde hareket eden tekstil firmaları uygun görülmüştür ve bunun için de tekstil faaliyetlerinde öncü şehirlerden olan Denizli şehri tercih edilmiştir. Literatür araştırmasıyla “Şirket Kaynak ve Yetenekleri”, “Öğrenen Organizasyon” ve “Örgütsel Performans” ölçeklerinden bir anket oluşturularak organizasyonların yetkili ve sorumlu kişileriyle görüşme sağlanmıştır. Analizler 294 adet anket formu üzerinden yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda kaynak temelli yaklaşımın öğrenen örgüt kültürü üzerinden işletme performansına etkisinin olduğu oluşturulan hipotezlerle ve faktör analizi sonrası oluşan alt boyutlarıyla birlikte aracılık analizlerinde incelemesi sonucunda desteklendiği görülmüştür. Şirket kaynak ve yetenekleri alt boyutları olan bağımsız değişkenlerin, örgütsel performans alt boyutları değişkenleri ile yüksek düzeyde (p<0.01) ilişkisi bulunmuştur. Regresyon analizi ile bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki etkileşimler hipotezlerle desteklenmiştir. Aynı zamana kaynak temelli yaklaşımın analizler sonrasında işletme performansını etkilediği görülmüştür.
The advantages of the organizations' resources and abilities to be inimitable, rare, and not lose value when used are important for organizations. For this reason, it will be beneficial for organizations to make learning continuous by creating a suitable culture for it is important to improve themselves on these issues. This study was carried out to test the effect of resource-based approach on the performance of organizations as well as on the interaction of learning organization culture. For the research, textile companies with high labor-intensive activities, where resources and skills are at the forefront in their working processes, acting in harmony with the development of technology and all other resources, were deemed appropriate and for this, the city of Denizli, one of the leading cities in textile activities, was chosen. A questionnaire was created from the "Company Resources and Capabilities", "Learning Organization" and "Organizational Performance" scales, and interviews were made with the authorized and responsible persons of the organizations. Analyzes were made on 294 questionnaires. As a result of the study, it was observed that the resource-based approach was supported by the mediation analysis with the hypotheses created that it had an effect on the business performance through the learning organization culture and the subdimensions formed after the factor analysis. A high level (p <0.01) relationship was found between independent variables, which are sub-dimensions of company resources and abilities, with variables of organizational performance sub-dimensions. Interactions between dependent and independent variables were supported by regression analysis with hypotheses. At the same time, it was observed that the resource-based approach affected the business performance after the analysis
