| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde sağlık sektörü en önemli hizmet sektörlerinden biri durumundadır. Sağlık sektöründe hizmet veren hastanelerin, işletme maliyetlerinin önemli kısmını ilaç giderleri oluşturmaktadır. Hastanelerin daha iyi hizmet verebilmesi için stok kontrolünün sağlıklı yapılması gerekmektedir. Hem maliyet açısından hem de hastalar açısından hayati önem taşıyan ilaçların tespiti ve yönetimi hastanelerin asli görevlerindendir. İlaçların stoklarının kontrolünde çeşitli sınıflandırmalar bulundurmaktadır. Bu sınıflandırmada yer alan yöntemlerden bazıları da analiz aşamasında kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada özel bir hastanenin 2017 yılına ait bir yıllık ilaç verileri kullanılmıştır. Hastanenin stoklarında bulunan ilaçların giriş ve çıkış verileri alınmıştır. Ayrıca hastanede çalışan sağlık konusunda uzmanlarla, yöneticilerle yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmış ve analiz için gerekli veriler toplanmıştır. İlaçların maliyet açısından stok sınıflandırması, Always Better Control (ABC) yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Hastalar için hayati öneme sahip ilaçların tespiti için de Vital, Essential, Desirable (VED) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İlaçların maliyeti ve insan hayatı açısından taşıdığı önem derecesine göre birleştirilerek geliştirilen ABC-VED matrisi yöntemine de yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca son olarak Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden olan Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) yöntemi ile Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) yöntemi kullanılarak yeniden ABC-VED Matris yöntemi oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan bu yöntemle yeniden stok sınıflandırması yapılmış ve çıkan sonuçlar birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak da çok kriterli stok sınıflandırma ile daha iyi sonuçlar elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Today, the health sector is one of the most important service sectors. The major part of the operating costs of the hospitals serving in the health sector is pharmaceutical expenses. In order for hospitals to provide better service, stock control needs to be performed healthily. Identifying and managing medicines that are vital for both patients and patients is one of the main tasks of hospitals. There are various classifications in controlling the stocks of medicines. Some of the methods used in this classification were also used in the analysis stage. One-year drug data of a private hospital for 2017 was used in the study. In and out data of the drugs in the hospital stocks were obtained. In addition, face-to-face interviews were conducted with the health workers and managers working in the hospital and the data required for analysis were collected. Inventory classification of drugs in terms of cost was made using the Always Better Control (ABC) method. Vital, Essential, Desired (VED) method was used to determine vital drugs for patients. The ABC-VED matrix method, which was developed by combining drugs according to their importance in terms of cost and human life, was also included. Finally, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (ÇKKV) methods and the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method from the ABC-VED Matrix method, were reconstructed using the Order Preference Technique. With this method, stock classification was re-performed and the results were compared with each other. As a result, it has been tried to obtain better results with multi-criteria stock classification. | en_US |
