| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, the quantum codes over Fq are constructed by using the cyclic codes over the finite ringR = Fq + vFq + ... + vm?1Fq, where p is prime, q = ps, m ? 1|p ? 1 and vm = v. The parameters ofquantum error correcting codes over Fq are obtained. Some examples are given. Morever, the quantumquasi-cyclic codes over Fp are obtained, by using the self dual basis for Fps over Fp. | en_US |
